Long Term Open Access User
The persons availing or intending to avail access in case of intra-state transmission or distribution system for a period of twenty-five years or more shall be the Long-Term Open Access Users, Provided that existing beneficiaries of an Intra State Transmission and Distribution system owned or operated by State Transmission Utility and Distribution Licensee respectively shall be deemed to be Long Term Open Access Users of the particular system.
