Short Term Open Access User
The open access users other than long –term open access users shall be covered under short term open access users, Provided that the maximum duration for which the short term access is allowed at a time shall not exceed one year. Provided further that the short term open access users shall be eligible and re-eligible to obtain fresh reservation after expiry of the same.
